A: Choosing to stay in villa will provide you more privacy and allowed you to take a midnight swim or just to be romantic and watch the sun rise with your special one. You can also sense the comfort of enjoying in your own private swimming pool as opposed crowded hotels pools. Our villas are situated away from hustle and crowded places, so you can relax and spend a quality time with your loved ones in perfect hideaway from fast and busy lifestyle and enjoy in the sounds and senses of nature.

A: You can arrive on any day of the week, as long as one of villas is available.

A: Check out time is 11:00 am and check in time is 3:00 p.m. We will do our best to accommodate you and an extension may be requested one week prior to arrival if needed. You may also store your luggage at the villa before or after check in and check out.

A: Yes, although the most of guests use our villas as though they were their own, unfortunately some do not take as much care as they should. We charge a refundable deposit of €300 at time of booking, if the house is left as it was found then the full amount is refunded to you; usually within two weeks of departure.

A: Once you made decision to rent one or more of our villas, we will send you a form and invoice on non- refundable deposit, in the amount of 50% of total rental cost. We must receive payment receipt not less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival. If payment receipt is received from 8 to 4 weeks from arrival date written in reservation form, you will need to pay non-refundable deposit of 70% of rental cost. If payment receipt is received from 4 to 1 week prior to your arrival written in a reservation form, you will need to pay non-refundable deposit of 100% of rental cost.
If you wish to pay by credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DINERS) a 4% surcharge will be imposed on the total amount.
Bank transfer payments can be made in Euros.
Bookings cannot be accepted from parties of young people less than 18 years of age.

A: If you wish to cancel your booking you may do so either by E-mail or fax. All cancellations will take effect from the date when we’ve received them. In all cases a cancellation will only be accepted from the same person who filled a booking form. If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in written form.

The following cancellation charges apply:
More than 61 days prior to arrival date on the form .........No Charge / deposit refunded
60-43 days prior to arrival date on the form................50% of total rental cost
42-29 days prior to arrival date on the form................65% of total rental cost
28-15 days prior to arrival date on the form................90% of total rental cost
Less than 15 days prior to arrival date on the form.......100% of total rental cost
Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you may be able to re-claim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned. We strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance when you renting a villa.
