With 15 years experience in developing top end luxury homes in Cape Town South Africa, the developers have brought their experience and passion for property to the beautiful country of Croatia.
In 2005, South African property developers Mike Fenner-Solomon and George Bunting visited Croatia for the first time. After years of travelling throughout the world, the raw beauty of Croatia with its magnificent coastline and multitude of islands together with the passion that the Croatian people felt for their country captured their imagination. After 15 years of construction and developing in sought after Cape Town, Croatia was a logical step and the decision was made to apply their experience in developing quality homes in Croatia.
A Croatian company was formed, RE Projekt d.o.o. for the purpose of acquiring prime development sites. With its offices in Split, the heart of the Dalmatian coast R.E Projekt d.o.o. was perfectly positioned to focus on prime projects along the Adriatic coast and islands.
A business partnership was formed with Croatian firm Casa Solis d.o.o. Casa Solis cooperates with the most reputable architects and builders, and provides a full service with warranty. With 7 years experience in Croatian development projects and their background in Croatian property sales, Casa Solis d.o.o. brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this field.

Villa Mediterranea, the marketing arm of R.E.Projekt d.o.o. was formed to handle sales, rentals and the management of each development after completion. After completion of each development our team will offer the investor a complete management service including maintenance and rental services, and in that way will provide our buyers with long term satisfaction.
