Property maintenance doesn’t only involve day to day cleaning, which is pretty standard practice, but also maintaining the air conditioning, plumbing, electrical wiring, refurbishment, redesign, gardening, filling the rental capacities...

As each person has its own requirements, we offer you different maintenance packages to best suit your needs. For each individual we can prepare package, depending on him/hers needs and complete maintenance packages will include a weekly service routine (dusting, wiping, sweeping, changing linen...), and other scheduled routines (mowing lawn, garden watering, cleaning the pool, checking the lights and ventilation, checking hot and cold water running, changing air conditioning filters, cleaning the exterior...)
