Island of Brac
BY CAR
Depends from which part are you arriving, from the north (Zagreb) or west (Rijeka) of Croatia, you will need to take highway Zagreb-Split or Rijeka-Split. When you arrive to Split, there is a regular ferry line every hour, depending on the season. Sailing schedule is available on Jadrolinija web site.
Ferry line will take you to a Brac main port Supetar. Splitska bay is only 6 km east of Supetar.
BY FERRY
If you are arriving from Italy with a ferry to Split, you will just take a direct ferry line from Split to Supetar. There are regular ferry lines connecting Split with Rijeka, Zadar and Dubrovnik as well.
BY PLANE
During the summer season, Brac airport is opened. Brac airport is situated in Vesko polje, just 30 km distanced from the Supetar.
Another airport is in Split, which has regular lines to all major European towns. Upon arrival to Split airport (Resnik), you can either rent a car , take a taxi or bus and drive to the Split ferry port. With a
car it will take you around 20 minutes. Split has regular ferry lines to Supetar.
