Island of Ugljan
BY CAR
Arriving from the north of Croatia (Zagreb) you must take a highway A1 (Zagreb-Dubrovnik) and take off the highway in Zadar and arriving from west of Croatia (Rijeka) you must take a highway A7 which is connecting with A1 highway on the east. Upon arriving to Zadar, you must take a ferry line to Ugljan. A main port in Ugljan is village Preko. From Preko, you need to go straight on the main road, and then turn right. You need to follow the signs which are leading to village Muline, but when you arrive to Ugljan you will drive another few minutes and then take a turn to left leading you to village Guduce.
BY FERRY
Zadar has regular ferry lines with Italy (Ancona) and other major towns on the Adriatic coast (Dubrovnik, Split and Rijeka), as well as surrounding islands.
The island of Ugljan is distanced only 20 minutes drive from Zadar and major passenger shipping company is Jadrolinija. There is a ferry line from Zadar to Preko (island of Ugljan main port) almost every hour, but sailing schedule depends on the season.
BY PLANE
Zadar airport connects region with all major European towns. Zadar airport is situated in Zemunik donji, 8 km from Zadar railway station.
